Maple syrup production is both a science and an art; and, if you've sampled their brand of maple syrup I'm sure you'll agree that, when it comes to maple syrup, Ed & Jo Lentz are masters of both science and art.
Visitors are welcome, and so are school or group tours; however, we do recommend that you call in advance. We are members of the Ontario Maple Syrup Producers Association (OMSPA)
