It has taken nature millions of years to form the Bonnechere Caves. Stalactites, or rock icicles formed at the rate of one cubic inch in 150 years, hang from the ceiling and the handiwork of nature is enhanced by electric lights. They were first discovered in 1853, and opened 102 years later in 1955. We welcome you to explore and discover the Bonnechere Caves Ontario, Canada's Natural Underground Wonder. There are guided tours every 20 minutes. No reservation is required!
