Lone Star / Big Daddy's Catering & Event Management Services has blossomed from the small venture of some many years ago into a large, successful unit. No event is too big, as our General Manager of this division often quotes, "we can cater anything…from 20 people to 20,000." While there have been many successes, the ones that we are most proud of are those that presented the ultimate challenge. We now have our own seasonal catering facility in Nepean known as Lone Star Ranch, open year round, Canada's 1st Authentic Cowpoke Ranch & Texas BBQ Catering Saloon.
