Simcoe County stretches from Georgian Bay in the west to Lake Simcoe to the east, and unofficially includes the cities of Barrie and Orillia.

The gorgeous clear blue waters of Georgian Bay (part of Lake Huron in the Great Lakes) and the vast sandy beaches of Wasaga Beach, Collingwood and Midland are some of the main draws of the region, along with tourist attractions like Blue Mountain and Sainte-Marie among the Hurons.
